These clients lived in this home in the Kierland Area for a while and felt it was time to renovate. They had just built a very modern house in Canada and loved the style of it so they wanted to do this to this house. At our initial meeting I noticed how dated and dark it was. We all knew we needed to do something about this. We agreed we should open it up with as few walls as possible. We also wanted to bring the outside in so we changed the back of the house from windows to stacking doors. This house definitely went from an ugly ducking to something amazing – I enjoyed this project!
